Introducing The Vault

The Vault is a new account-level mailbox designed to store your rewards, promotional codes (such as Twitch Drops), and ARMAS purchases until you are ready to redeem them.

Instead of items being sent directly to a specific character, all eligible rewards are now stored safely at the account level. This central hub allows you to manage your loot across your entire account. When you are ready to use an item, simply access the Vault with your chosen character to claim it.

Key Features

• Flexible Redemption: Store rewards and codes indefinitely and redeem them on the character of your choice.
• Account-Wide Access: Claim account-wide purchases on as many characters as you like.
• Centralized Management: View and track all unclaimed rewards and purchase history in one place.
• Smart Tracking: The Vault ensures items are correctly delivered to the specific character you are currently playing.

Known Issues

• Please be aware that Gender-locked items may be redeemed on a characters of the wrong Gender resulting in not receiving all of the items. We are actively looking into all packs that do this to prevent them from being redeemed if they are not for the Gender of your current character.
• Gold Joker Mystery boxes earned from Loyalty Rewards are currently not supported by the Vault feature. Players may redeem said boxes but won't be able to open them for the foreseeable future.

How to Access

• Location: The Vault can be accessed in-game within the Social District.
• Availability: The Vault will launch with an upcoming patch. Once live, you can begin managing and redeeming your rewards immediately.
