Unacceptable Conduct
Below you will find a detailed list of unacceptable topics and behavior. While the guidelines are comprehensive, some offensive behavior may not be explicitly detailed. Therefore, Game Masters and moderators (when applicable) have the authority to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate.

Language Policy
This policy is not language-restrictive (Legal: The English version of the policy and the English language shall govern the interpretation and meanings of all words and phrases used herein, however, this policy itself is not language-specific in application). Language that falls under this policy will always be subject to the repercussions listed, whether it is inappropriate in English or any other language. While posting on these forums, you will encounter thousands of other players who share different experiences and come from vastly different backgrounds. While certain language and images may not be offensive to you, consider the fact that the same language and images may have a completely different effect on someone else.

Disciplinary Actions
Suspension or banishment from the game will always result in the same action being taken against your website or forum account. Your access to Little Orbit Inc.’s products and services is a privilege, and not a right. Little Orbit Inc. reserves the right to suspend your access at any time at Little Orbit Inc.’s sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or banishment include, but are not limited to, your failure to abide by these guidelines.

Case-by-Case Evaluation
We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case-by-case basis. If a user is found to violate the Code of Conduct, appropriate action will be taken based on the severity of the infraction. Potential disciplinary actions may include a formal warning, temporary suspension of forum or game privileges, or a permanent ban.

Appeals Process
Disciplinary actions resulting from a violation of the community forum Code of Conduct may include, at Little Orbit Inc’s sole discretion, disciplinary actions that affect a player’s associated game account. You can appeal any disciplinary sanction or provide feedback to a forum moderator by contacting Little Orbit Inc. by email at support@littleorbit.com. These tickets will be reviewed by Little Orbit Inc. All rulings are final. No further appeals will be granted.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT BY TOPIC

Account Trading
Violations include advertising your account for sale or trade and advertising that you are exchanging in-game items for money. This can be through forum posts, player chat, in-game mail, linking to eBay or other online marketplaces, or listing something for sale and then offering your contact information.

Racial / Ethnic
Violations include promoting racial/ethnic hatred, using recognized racial/ethnic slurs, or alluding to symbols of racial/ethnic hatred.

Extreme Sexuality / Violence
Violations include referring to extreme and/or violent sexual acts, extremely violent real-life actions, or posting pornography.

Sexual Orientation
Violations include insultingly referring to any aspect of sexual orientation pertaining to themselves or other players.

Obscene / Vulgar
Violations include inappropriate references to human anatomy or bodily functions, or pornographic content.

Inappropriate Language
Violations include language and/or links to websites containing such language or images which are mildly inappropriate references to human anatomy or bodily functions, are otherwise considered objectionable, or bypass the Mature Language filter.

Harassing or Defamatory
Violations include insultingly referring to other characters, players, Little Orbit Inc. employees, or groups of people, resulting in ongoing harassment.

Major Religions or Religious Figures
Violations include negatively portraying major religions or religious figures.

National
Violations include promoting national hatred, using recognized national slurs, or alluding to symbols of national hatred.

Posting Cheats, Hacks, or Malicious Programs
Violations include posting links to cheats, hacks, or malicious viruses/programs.

Impersonating a Little Orbit Inc. Employee
Violations include passing yourself off as a Little Orbit Inc. employee to post false information or to gain an advantage over fellow players.

Posting Unreleased Content / Hacking Data Files
Violations include showing unreleased in-game items, equipment, or areas that have been unlocked by hacking into client data files, showing results of hacking or any tampering with the game’s files, or discussing/displaying any data not available through normal gameplay.

Real-Life Threats
Violations include referring to violence not directly related to the game world, or real-life violent threats.

Illegal Drugs or Activities
Violations include referencing abusing illegal drugs or performing illegal activities.

Distribution of Real-Life Personal Information
Violations include releasing any real-life information about other players or Little Orbit Inc. employees.

Spamming or Trolling
Violations include excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish, causing disturbances in forum threads, making non-constructive posts, or using fad statements.

Creating Duplicate Threads on Forums
Violations include creating threads about existing topics or creating a separate thread about an existing topic for further discussion in more than one forum.

Advertising
Violations include advertisement for any non-beneficial, non-Little Orbit Inc. related businesses, organizations, or websites. Little Orbit Inc. fan websites are okay to link.

Discussing Disciplinary Actions
Violations include creating posts or threads to discuss disciplinary actions taken against a player, character, or account on the forums.

Circumventing a Suspension / Ban
Violations include posting on another account or having someone post on your behalf.

This Code of Conduct will undergo regular review and revision to ensure its effectiveness, alignment with legal and regulatory requirements, and responsiveness to evolving company and customer requirements. Reviews will be conducted accordingly.
