What’s In:

Tutorial:
  • Warden Customization tutorial goes over the basics of Warden and Loadout customization.

  • Match tutorial provides basic instructions of how to play the game.

Main Menu:

Play:
  • PvP mode:

    • 5v5 non-ranked:

    • Join a random team and battle against others online.

  • PvE modes:

    • Team CO-OP:

    • Join a random team and battle against the AI.

Wardens:
  • 8 unique Wardens to choose from.

    • Each Warden has 3 different preset loadouts to pick from.

    • Each loadout has 6 basic abilities and one ultimate ability.

      • 3 abilities are base abilities.

      • 3 abilities are chain abilities.

      • Chain abilities can be used when the associated base ability is on cooldown.

    • Each loadout has 3 Improvements (’team passives’).

      • Team passives create different scenarios in game by modifying game elements.

      • Every game can have different team passives for both teams, making each game feel different.

      • Team passives are polled in-game at level breakpoints (3, 6, 9).

      • All team passives are put into a pool when the match starts, prompting players to vote for one out of the pool when hitting a level breakpoint.

    • Each Loadout is customizable, allowing players to pick which abilities and team passives they want to use.

      • Mix and match abilities to create synergies with yourself and your teammates.

      • Each character can have multiple unique identities based on which abilities are selected.

Stash:
  • Here you can see a list of:

    • Wardens.

    • Skills.

    • Leveling Deck.

    • Equipment.

    • Warden Skins (coming soon).

    • Weapon Skins (coming soon).

General Gameplay:

  • Classic MOBA experience in 3rd person.

    • 3 lane map layout:

    • Each lane will have waves of 5 minions.

    • Each lane has 3 towers.

      • Inner towers cannot be destroyed until the outer turret has been destroyed.
    • Core in enemy base cannot be destroyed until all towers in at least one lane have been destroyed.

    • Jungle area between lanes:

    • 8 total camps:

      • 2 in each quadrant:

      • Jungle camps drop a buff orb when defeated.

        • Buff orb will apply either an individual buff, or a team buff.
  • Instead of individual levels, Stonehold uses team levels.

    • Gaining XP goes towards your team level.

    • Team level maxes out at level 10.

    • Gain stat improvements and access to team passives as your team level increases.

Known Issues:

Visual Issues:
  • Wardens menu:

    • Some equipment is showing incorrect stats.

    • Warden highlight may be on incorrect Warden until the player leaves and returns to the main menu.

  • Stash menu:

  • Wardens tab:

    • Currently not displaying any wardens.
  • Leveling Deck tab:

    • Currently not displaying any team passives.
  • Warden Skins:

    • Cannot be selected.
  • Weapon Skins:

    • Cannot be selected.
  • Some account level-up rewards may be incorrect/placeholder.

  • Grass textures flicker in the main menu and in game.

  • Timer in the lobby will say ‘0’ until a loadout is confirmed.

  • Static Shock team passive description contains a typo.

  • Healing Touch team passive description contains a typo.

  • Monk’s back texture stretches when his model twists for attacks and abilities.

  • Disconnecting from the match may display multiple of the same character on the Tab scoreboard.

  • Camera zooms out/away from Warden in Loadout select.

  • Minimap display is not fully accurate.

  • Static Shock VFX may show it is chaining to a target much further away.

  • Build number may be cut off in the settings menu depending on aspect ratio.

  • Game version number is incorrect on the esc menu and login menu.

Gameplay Issues:

  • Barbarian:

    • Barbarian’s “Dive Smash” ability will sometimes not hit enemy Wardens.

    • Barbarian’s “Floor Breaker” ability can be cast under the map when aiming at an incline.

    • Barbarian’s “Tornado” SFX may not stop if the ability is interrupted.

    • Barbarian’s “Shudder” ability will sometimes only deal 4 hits of damage.

  • Ranger:

    • Ranger’s “Trap” ability does not disappear after 30 seconds.

    • Ranger’s “Shadow Bomb” ability reduces speed of targets.

    • Ranger’s “Shadow Bomb” ability displays multiple hits of 0 damage from the target’s perspective.

    • Ranger’s “Poison Arrow” ability isn’t dealing damage on initial hit.

    • Ranger’s “Poison Arrow” damage over time isn’t dealing damage for the intended duration.

    • Ranger’s “Arrow Storm” ability preview is incorrect.

    • Ranger’s “Push Back Arrow” travels farther than preview displays.

    • Ranger’s “Rapid Arrows” ability will sometimes continue to shoot where aimed even if the Ranger is facing a different direction.

  • Paladin:

    • Paladin’s “Battlecry” does not affect enemies behind the Paladin.

    • Paladin’s “Stonewall” ability can lift characters up.

    • Players may go to unintended areas because of this.

    • Paladin’s “Thunder Shield” ability is not blocking some ranged abilities.

    • Wizard’s “Wind Spear” ability.

    • Characters may get stuck in the ‘pulled’ animation if they are trapped behind an obstacle during Paladin’s “Area Pull” ability.

  • Monk:

    • Monk’s abilities that dash forward will push the Monk to the side after hitting the target.

    • Monk’s second auto attack does not consistently hit structures.

  • Wizard:

    • Wizard’s “Thunder Storm” ability does not always travel the full distance.

    • Wizard’s “Twister” ability does not travel the full distance.

    • Wizard’s “Twister” ability is knocking down enemies.

    • Wizard’s “Fire Pillar” ability does not deal damage to structures.

    • Wizard’s “Toxic Cloud” damage over time damage is dealing more damage than intended to nearby enemies.

  • Cleric:

    • Cleric’s “Interruption of Mind” ability isn’t consistently hitting its target.

    • The ability preview does not match the hitbox of the ability.

    • Cleric’s “Potency of Mind” ability isn’t restoring HP or Stamina to herself.

    • Cleric’s “Magical Drain” ability isn’t restoring MP.

    • Cleric’s “Judgement Ball” ability projectile is spawned behind her.

  • Sorceress:

    • Sorceress’ “Relieving Orb” ability can be picked up by minions and structures.
  • Team Passives:

    • Lifeline shield is not visibly different than HP, making it look like the ability heals instead of granting a shield.

    • Lifeline is activating under the incorrect conditions.

    • Power of Protection team passive is not functioning as intended.

    • The buff is not disappearing properly when out of combat.

    • Team passives do not have visual indicators of when they are on cooldown.

    • Team passives that ‘mark’ their target have no visual indicator.

    • Healing touch team passive can be triggered from your own attacks.

    • Team Passive prompt can trigger on the Victory/Defeat screens.

    • The Team Passive selected may be one with less votes.

  • Jungle Camps:

    • Jungle camps only regen HP as they walk back to the default positions

    • This means they may not fully heal in some situations.

    • Jungle monsters do not have a CC’d animation.

    • Jungle monsters can be converted to a team via “Change of Hearts” team passive or Sorceress’ “Possession of Soul” ability.

  • Structures:

    • Towers will sometimes switch to target minions instead of continuing to target a Warden.
  • Equipment:

    • Stats from equipment are not applied in game.

    • Unable to remove equipment.

    • Unable to add/change equipment if the slot is already empty.

  • Abilities may not be aimed correctly if the player changes facing direction before a cast.

  • Roll/Sweep may not be aimed correctly if the player changes facing direction before use.

  • Knock down animations always send Wardens in the opposite direction they are facing, rather than the way they were hit.

  • The escape/pause menu in game will sometimes not work.

    • This requires a client restart.
  • The minimap may incorrectly reveal enemies.

  • The bots in the PvE modes are not the smartest and they may put themselves into dangerous situations.

  • Games may still be found while the queue is canceling during the matchmaking process.

  • Minions may get stuck in specific areas when trying to attack their target.

  • Block VFX may be displayed after a short delay.

  • Spam blocking on melee Wardens can lock characters into blocking.

    • Can be fixed by doing any other action.
  • If you started an ability or had it queued up, being CC'd will not prevent you from finishing the ability and then moving/attacking.

  • Changing resolution is not fully functional.

    • Changing resolution while in ‘Windowed Fullscreen’ mode does nothing.

    • Changing resolution while in ‘Fullscreen’ mode may turn the client to windowed mode.

    • Changing the resolution while in ‘Windowed’ to 1920x1080 will update the window without needing to hit ‘Save’.

    • Windowed resolutions are not matching monitor resolutions properly.

  • Nearby HP bars are visible even if the unit is not visible.

  • Warden’s own SFX are greatly lowered if they are backed into a wall with the camera zoomed in.

Verified Fixed issues:

  • Players with 2FA enabled are now able to create an account properly.

  • Ranger's “Rapid Arrows” ability isn't consuming AP accurately.

  • Red teams color identities on the Scoreboard are inconsistent.

  • Lifeline team passive is not functioning as intended.

    • The shield is only visual.
  • No warden model is present during loadout select if the player is auto-assigned a warden.

  • Cleric’s “Judgement Ball” ability projectile sometimes gets stuck behind her.

  • Spell Mastery incorrectly reduces HP amount.

  • Leaving and Reconnecting to a match may cause issues with team passives and their functionality.

  • Highlighting a Warden (already locked in by someone else), will prevent you from highlighting & selecting a different Warden (not locked in by someone else).

  • End game score is not calculated correctly for all players.
