GFAC (GamersFirst Anti-Cheat) END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Little Orbit, LLC ("Company") for the GFAC Anti-Cheat software and related services ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for the purpose of playing games that require GFAC anti-cheat protection.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
  • b) Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Software
  • c) Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software
  • d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • e) Use the Software for any purpose other than playing supported games
  • f) Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Software's operation

3. SYSTEM MONITORING AND DATA COLLECTION

The Software performs system-level monitoring to detect cheating and unauthorized modifications. By using the Software, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • a) The Software may scan system memory, running processes, and loaded modules
  • b) The Software may collect information about your hardware and software configuration
  • c) Information collected may be transmitted to Company's servers for analysis
  • d) The Software operates with kernel-level privileges to ensure system integrity

4. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Company respects your privacy and handles collected data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Collected data is used solely for anti-cheat purposes and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

5. AUTOMATIC UPDATES

The Software may automatically download and install updates to maintain security and effectiveness. You consent to such automatic updates.

6. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this license at any time if you breach any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your system.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Company is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
