Approved Programs & Configs
This 3rd Party program gives the user greater control over various setting options within APB.
Installing this config will allow the user to sprint using the W key alone. Holding down Shift is no longer required. Instead, players can use Shift + W to jog/run if they need to slow down. This config will also change crouch from a toggle to a press-and-hold function.
Installing this config will streamline the loading process and give the user faster login/load times by around 10-20 seconds or more. Please note that a byproduct of this config is that the login and character screens will be completely black. Players will not be able to see character models in the menu when logging in.
Installing this config will remove the bodies of players and/or NPCs (civilians) upon death. This can save some FPS on some systems. This is accomplished by removing the ragdoll models (essentially the bodies of dead characters) from your install.
