Account Fraud Support
In order for us to change your account information, we must first verify that you are the rightful owner of the account in question. Therefore, please create a new account and submit a ticket to our Customer Support with as much of the following information as possible for verification purposes:
- All ClickandBuy account IDs (CRNs) used within the last 6 months.
- All of the ESN Codes redeemed on this account within the last 6 months.
- Your date of birth.
- Change your password - please provide us with a password using a combination of letters and numbers, lower case, and 6-16 total characters.
- Change your Email address, please provide us with a new Email that is not yet associated with any other GamersFirst account.
