Check to make sure that any anti-virus or security software that scans your email is not deleting or moving email from us to your junk folder. Also, some email service providers, including ISPs, can blacklist companies’ emails so all K2 Network can do is suggest alternate email services that work. If you have not been able to get a verification code through your email service please create an account on one of the free services listed below. If one service doesn’t work for you, try another on the list.

  • G-Mail
  • Yahoo Mail
  • AOL (AIM)

Your personal information is located in your personal K2 Network profile. Your profile can be edited at any time once you have signed in with your ID and password. Simply click on the “My Account” link and make your desired changes. At this time, there is no ability to change account information other than what is listed in Account Management.

You can retrieve your log in information here.

Make sure your account name is something that only you would know. Please make sure your character name is not the same as your account name and protect your password by changing it often using a combination of letters and numbers. Also, be wary of downloading any unknown files from other people to prevent getting viruses. If an unofficial Parabellum website requires you to log in with your in-game account ID and password, most likely it is a scam. Remember that K2 Network will never ask for your password.

Unfortunately we do not restore lost weapons, experience or Blood Diamonds. The best thing you can do is make sure the computer you use to access Parabellum is a secure one. Try to keep your passwords unique and make sure the computer is clear of key loggers. A good practice is to change your password every so often and to keep your information secure. We are sorry that there isn’t anything more we can do to help you.

When you log into Parabellum through the official website, you will be able to see the reason why you are blocked. Please also refer to the Policies page for further details on why a GM will block an account. If you feel that you have been wrongly blocked, you can submit a Customer Support Ticket by also logging in on the website.

  • Inappropriate, crude or foul language.
  • Dodging the swear filters.
  • Flaming, causing problems in game, etc.
  • Intentionally using exploits.
  • Disrespecting admins.
  • Cheats/Hacking/Bug Abuse.

Bug abuse is taking advantage of, or exploiting, various game bugs (a temporary defect of game design) that occur during the lifespan of the game. Bug abuse is a bannable offense.

If you are going to report a cheater, please provide a server and the number of that server as well as the zone. We also ask, if possible, for screenshots and/or videos of the misdeeds. Remember, although we take this type of report very seriously and investigate each one, we cannot just ban someone simply on the word of other players.

Press the print screen button, then paste the image in “Microsoft Paint” and save it. Alternatively, it will auto-save to your Parabellum folder. For optimal results, you can save it as a .png file. This creates a smaller file size without an appreciable loss in quality. Should you wish to capture video, you can download special software from Fraps.

One of the primary differences between Parabellum and other FPS games is that we run our own servers. In doing so, we are able to moderate the environment to ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for all players.

Game Masters in Parabellum act as the voice of K2 Network within the Game Environment. They are employees that work to ensure that the players are enjoying the game, and that the environment is kept clean, safe, and fair.

GMs have the ability to take action against accounts which are disruptive in the game environment. This includes but is not limited to removing users from the game, closing accounts, and disallowing certain PCs to connect to Parabellum. They are also the in-game communication point between K2 Network and the players in the game. They are able to answer general questions regarding Parabellum.

To contact the Parabellum GM department, choose the ‘Submit Ticket’ option on the Parabellum Web Site. Game Masters handle the Feedback, Bug Report, and Report Abuse tickets.

If you see someone with ‘K2 or G1’ in front of their name, it means that they are K2 Staff, meaning that they could be a GM, a developer, or another position involved with the production of Parabellum. If you want to know, just ask!

GMs do not give out EXP, Blood Diamonds, or Weapons in normal rooms; however, GMs may run events from time to time which may have rewards associated with them. These events are always planned and announced in either the forum, the in-game lobby, or as an in-game message. Unfortunately, GMs will be unable to open up special rooms by request.

If your character dies in game, the only loss you will experience is that of time played. You will respawn with your current experience level intact and replenished ammo.

It is not possible to trade items.

In Parabellum, there are currently two factions. When you choose a side and join a game in progress, or start a new one, you will be sided with all the other players in your faction. In this sense, you are very much a part of a squad or party. The number of players supported depends on the current game mode.

Ammunition is not unlimited but can be replenished by dying and respawning, starting a new round, or using an ammo restocking station.

Yes! By pressing “enter” in game, you will bring up the chat menu. There are options for team and global chat
