Today we will be patching Parabellum to our open beta release candidate. Before we officially start open beta, we would like to give our loyal closed beta testers a chance to check out this important update, as well as help us do stability and stress testing. If all goes well, we will officially announce and enter Open Beta soon after. This version includes many major changes and bug fixes, most notably a working prototype of Campaign mode.
All Parabellum servers will be taken down at 10 AM PDT (4 PM GMT) and updated to this new version. At approximately 2 PM PDT (8 PM GMT), the open beta client patch will be available via GamersFirst LIVE! In order to update your client, simply launch GamersFirst LIVE! and click “Update” next to the Parabellum logo. If LIVE! is not prompting you to update, close it by right clicking on it in your system tray, select “Exit”, and then restart it. If you continue to have issues updating with GamersFirst LIVE!, alternate download links will be posted as soon as they are available.
While your existing username and password should work, all character data will be wiped, and you can now use any GamersFirst account to create a Parabellum profile.

Previously closed sections will become open to all users tomorrow, and we hope you take advantage of the opportunity to help make Parabellum the best it can be.
