Basic FAQs
How do Power Ups work and how do I purchase them?
Power Ups are items that give you special powers such as to speed up, slow down or heal your energy lost from taking damage. You can collect some of them in game, such as in Game 1, but you also can purchase them within our marketplace to enhance your gaming experience and to help boost your scores.
Can I play the games out of order?
Yes. There is no significance to the order of the games. Each game is completely separate, so feel free to play any game you wish and in any order.
What are LaMBs exactly?
LaMBs are slang for Laminated persons. Lamination is a form of imprisonment within the future world of Cerra, where instead of prisons, the government has decided to encase criminals in this type of suit that preserves and enhances their body, but also controls them and punishes them if they do not act correctly. Some see this is cruel and unusual punishment, while others feel this is a more elegant way of incrimination.
What are Shepherds then?
Shepherds are slang for the people, who watch over the LaMBs, managing them with tasks and taking care of them to ensure the LaMBs are fed and acting correctly. Some see the Shepherds as slave masters bending the LaMBs to due their bidding, while others see them as simple caretakers utilizing the technology for the betterment of planet Cerra.
Where did this story come from?
The story and world of LaMB is based on an animated film from Animax and Sony. To learn more about the story and film, go to Animax's website.

Game Play
What is the difference between LaMbs and Shepherds? Does it effect how I play the games?
Choosing sides does not affect your game play experience, nor does it affect your ability to score within the games. Shepherds and LaMBs are equal teams.
How does the team scoring (LaMB vs. Shepherd) work?
Your team score is a calculation based on the combined rank scores that you and your teammates receive when you achieve your high scores for each game. To increase your team's score, play all of the games and try to achieve the highest score possible.
Do I have to play all four games well to help my team?
Not at all. If you score high with even one game, you are going to help your team's score. However, the more games you excel in, the higher your team score will be, so we recommend you give them all a try.
How long are the seasons for the team and individual high score rankings?
The seasons are currently one week long for both the team and individual high scores, and are reset every Saturday evening.
I am having trouble completing or getting a high score on one or more of the games. What do I do?
These games can be challenging and are all quite different from each other. We recommend that you read the instructions on each game within our LaMB main page, and if you are continuing to run into trouble, look for tips to read in the Pause Menu. The Forums can also be a great place to discuss tactics and strategies. If you have run into a game issue that could be a bug, please contact our support department.
