The day has finally arrived. Starting tomorrow, all players will be able experience the Wasteland for free, forever. We will be taking the servers down at 8 AM PDT / 15:00 GMT to begin the patching process. Estimated downtime is 4-5 hours, as there are quite a few changes to make on both the game and GamersFirst side. In addition to the Free2Play conversion, this patch also contains quite a few fixes, including returning bandages to merchants, increased fastener availability on merchants, tweaked mob loot and general game stability fixes.

You can check out the full patch notes here. Unfortunately, World Events will not be coming with tomorrow’s patch, but will follow shortly after as we continue to work on balance and stability issues with the new system.
