Send us your letters, poems, fan questions etc., and in response you’ll hear back from the dev team with a written letter or special item directly from your “pen pal” dev! Here's the scoop: What is Letters to the Devs? Letters to the Devs is a Fallen Earth community program that gives players the opportunity to write physical letters to the Fallen Earth dev team and get a personalized letter (and possibly random swag) back via physical mail. What do I have to do to get a letter back? Write a letter and mail it to: Fallen Earth Letters, c/o Jessica Orr, 260 James Jackson Avenue, Cary NC 27513. Make sure to include your real name and a physical mailing address (no post office boxes, please!). Do I have to be a Fallen Earth player or have an account to get a letter back? No, anyone who writes to us will receive a letter back, although we have a special place in our hearts for fans. :) Where do I mail my letter? Mail your letter to Fallen Earth Letters, c/o Jessica Orr, 260 James Jackson Avenue, Cary NC 27513. Make sure to include your real name and a physical mailing address (no post office boxes, please!). Will I get anything with my letter? Maybe. We will reward especially creative letters with random items—Fallen Earth swag, items from our desks, or belly button lint. Well, maybe not the lint, but any other fun or random item is fair game to be autographed and sent your way. What should my letter say? Your letter can say anything you want. We ask that you not include profanity, offensive statements or images with nudity, as letters will be compiled and posted on the Fallen Earth web site. Any personal information (return address, real names, etc.) will be blocked out before your letter is posted. When will I get a letter back? Expect to receive a letter back within three weeks of its arrival at the Fallen Earth offices. We’ll need time to send a personalized response, and of course, it will take a few days to arrive via snail mail! Can I share my letter with others? Yes, please do! You can post an image of your letter on the Fallen Earth forums. Will all the letters be shared? Yes, we plan on posting any letters we receive in a gallery on the Fallen Earth web site. We will block out any personal information in your letter. Please make sure not to include any profanity, offensive statements or nudity—we won’t be able to post your letter if you do. And we really want to share your letter!
