FAQS

GamersFirst is a website created by Reloaded Games for gamers around the world. With this site, you can access our award-winning titles, all of them totally free to download and completely Free2Play. Our mission is to serve the largest and most active community of gamers online. We know that is a huge goal, and we are totally serious about realizing it. We have lots of plans for the future – once you sign up, be sure to check the “What’s Next” section of the site for details of those plans!

GamersFirst is free to join and free to use. Our games can all be downloaded for free and played for free. While we do offer many optional services and products, using the site costs you nothing and you only pay for what you want!

It’s easy as 1-2-3: 1) tell us about yourself by supplying some basic information; 2) create some important game passwords you will need for some of your games; 3) validate your email address. Click here to sign up now.

We have many great games! Currently, we offer APB, Fallen Earth, Warframe, Super MNC, Taikodom, Dark Orbit, Battlestar Galactica and Drakensang Online (some countries may not have access to some games).

If you are an existing player of a Reloaded Games game, you do not have to create an account in order to play your game. You can continue to use your existing email and password to play. If you are new to Reloaded Games games, you must create a GamersFirst account in order to play our games. Remember, it is completely free!

There is NO catch whatsoever! You can play all of our games for free for as long as you like.

G1 Credits are the universal currency used to purchase items in the GamersFirst Marketplace.

Thanks for checking out one of our games! If you are a new player interested in playing one of our games, all you need to do is create a GamersFirst account. Keep in mind, the individual game websites are still great sources of information about their respective games.

In order to better serve the players of our games, we have created GamersFirst. Once you create a GamersFirst account, you can make purchases and manage your accounts for ALL GAMES USING ONE ACCOUNT! And, what’s more, we have created a currency, G1 Credits, with which you can make all purchases. We just thought it would make things much more convenient. That said, if you already have an account and you want to make purchases the old way, you currently can still do that.

To sign up for GamersFirst, browse to the following URL: http://www.gamersfirst.com/register/

Your GamersFirst account gives you control over all your game accounts, and so there is a lot you can do in the “My Account” section.

Click “Profile” to see your G1 account information and Credit purchase history. In this section, you can change your email address, change your password, view your Credit purchase history and purchase Credits.

Click “Game Accounts” to see all your game accounts, which are separated by game title. When you create your G1 account, you automatically get one account per game. In this section, you can do the following: 1) view game account details; 2) view your transaction history for each game account; 3) go directly to the Marketplace; 4) add existing game accounts to your G1 account; and 5) go create a new game account.

Click “Support” to submit a support ticket. We recommend skimming all our FAQs before submitting a ticket.

Currently, you can add up to 5 game accounts to your GamersFirst account as you like, and you can do that for each of your games that you play. Play all of your games and create as many game accounts as you like ... and manage them all from GamersFirst!

After you create your account, go to “My Account” and then “Game Accounts”. Once there, you can choose between “Add Existing Account” and “Create New Account”. It’s that easy.

G1 Credits, sometimes just called “Credits”, are the currency of GamersFirst. With this one currency, you can make a variety of purchases for all of your games.

There are a variety of options, depending on game title. With G1 Credits, you get the following:

APB – Game Items to be purchased through the in-game Armas marketplace
Fallen Earth - Game Items to be purchased through the in-game store

Select the amount of G1 Credits you would like to purchase, your desired payment method, and follow the onscreen instructions.

The Marketplace is a convenient section in your account, and within that section you can make a variety of purchases:

APB – Game Items to be purchased through the in-game Armas marketplace
Fallen Earth - Game Items to be purchased through the in-game store

Once in the Marketplace, select a title and then select a game account. You will then see a list of premiums and items that you can purchase.

Check to make sure you have enough G1 Credits or USD to complete the transaction. If you have enough, but are still unable to complete your purchase, please contact support.

You are billed at the time of purchase.

Of course! Just select the "recurring billing" option when you purchase your premium subscription.

If you choose to automatically renew, you will automatically be billed for your next month of premium when your current month expires.

These promotions can be found on the GamersFirst Market place. Some offers will pay almost immediately (within 15-30 minutes or so) after completion. Other offers can take longer to be credited, sometimes many days. Once you complete an offer, the system will tell you if the G1 Credits have been awarded.

Go to http://www.gamersfirst.com/earn_g1c.php and log in to your GamersFirst account. Click on the green "Check Offer Status" button. Once you click the "Offers Status" button it will direct you to your list of pending and completed offers. If an offer is pending, you may click the "?" icon by that offer. You will then be directed to a form where you can submit an e-mail to PaybuyPartner customer service. Please send only one email through the Offer Status tab.

The first thing to try with any PayPal error is to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history. You'll need to refer to your browser's documentation if you don't know how to do this.

One possible reason for an error is that PayPal is unable to communicate with your bank. There are other reasons that we are not familiar with. If you are still getting the error, you will need to contact PayPal's customer service to find out the reason for the error. Alternatively, if you have another method of payment available to you, you might use that instead.

Please submit a payments support request regarding this issue and include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your payment provider.
  • The transaction date.
  • The transaction amount.
  • The name of the Premium or Item you purchased.
  • Your transaction/order/Shopping Cart/customer reference ID.
  • The name of the account you made this purchase for.

Our support department will be glad to assist you.

Customer Support is a range of services provided to G1 gamers using GamersFirst and players of G1 Games (i.e. APB and Fallen Earth). Our Customer Support department provides solutions and helps players through troubleshooting in order to resolve specific problems.

Free2Play is a term that can be used to describe 1) Gamers; 2) The World of Gaming; and 3) Games.

Gamers
Free2Play means a lot more than just free games. We want G1 gamers to know that Free2Play is really about them. Gamers should be free to play what they want how they want – thus, we think that it is not just games, but more importantly gamers who are truly Free2Play. That means that gamers should be able to experience a game before they invest any money in it; so, G1 digitally distributes games for free! Also, gamers are individuals and should be treated as such; thus, G1 offers a range of options: players choose between completely free, discreet item/service purchases, or paid monthly Premium subscriptions.

The World of Gaming
At GamersFirst, we want to make the world of gaming Free2Play. We have a vision and in this vision gamers never spend money on a game only to try it and be disappointed. Gamers deserve better than that. After all, gamers are the ones funding this great gaming industry. We think that making the world of gaming Free2Play is an important part of putting gamers first all over the world.

Games
Most people are used to the word “Free2Play” being associated only with games. We understand that, and we don’t mean to confuse anyone by using the term in an original way. It takes some getting used to. Still, we truly believe in what we say about gamers and the world of gaming, and we hope you agree with us.

Of course, we also use “Free2Play” to modify games. Free2Play games are games that are free to download, free to try, and within which gamers are free to choose between the options and services that they want (either for free, or for money – totally up to them!). Most importantly, all G1 games are Free2Play!

At GamersFirst and through the various game websites, we offer packages players can purchase for different G1 games. Packages come with a variety of in game items, currency, and premium days.

For F2P players, we currently provide assistance on Major Services Issues and Marketplace Issues across all our titles and for GamersFirst. For any other game issues, we recommend the game forums (currently accessed through the websites for each particular game). In those forum communities, players and staff collaborate with one another to provide tips and hints to enhance game play and support one another.

For Premium Accounts, G1 supports Major Service Issues, Marketplace Issues, and General Issues across all of our titles.

Issue Types

  • Major Service
A major service issue is one that affects a large group of players and G1 deems to be “game-breaking.” In the event such an issue arises, we will notify the player base of the issue via the game’s website. At that time, we would also request that affected players submit tickets to be resolved by customer support.
  • Marketplace Issues
A Marketplace issue is one that involves an issue with making a purchase, services and items being purchased but not received, or concerns with a previous purchase.
  • General Issues
A general issue is one that does not fall under any of the above categories, including issues with accounts, and name changes.

Language Support

  • English Language Support
This support privilege provides for full web-based customer support in the English Language for APB, Fallen Earth, and GamersFirst.

If a player purchases a Package or a Premium Bundle for one game, their account will be a Premium Account in the game they have purchased it for and will receive Premium Support for that game 30 days thereafter. For the account that is F2P, Customer Support will resolve issues that fall under F2P support detailed above.

In order to contact Customer Support, you must create an account for the game that you would like to receive support for (we suggest you create a G1 account, and then add any pre-existing accounts). Once you are logged in, click on the “Support” tab in “My Account”. Once you have done that, you will see your choices for submitted a support ticket.
