And, what’s more, we have created a currency, G1 Credits, with which you can make all purchases. We just thought it would make things much more convenient. Your GamersFirst account gives you control over all your game accounts, and so there is a lot you can do in the “My Account” section.

Click “Overview” to see your G1 account information and Credit purchase history. In this section, you can change your email address, change your password, view your Credit purchase history and purchase Credits.

Click “Game Accounts” to see all your game accounts, which are separated by game title. When you create your G1 account, you automatically get one account per game. In this section, you can do the following: 1) view game account details; 2) view your transaction history for each game account; 3) go directly to the Marketplace; 4) add existing game accounts to your G1 account; and 5) go create a new game account.

Click “Support” to submit a support ticket. We recommend skimming all our FAQs before submitting a ticket.

G1 Credits, sometimes just called “Credits”, are the currency of GamersFirst. With this one currency, you can make a variety of purchases for all of your games.

There are a variety of options, depending on game title. With G1 Credits, you get the following:

Knight Online – Game Items to be purchased through the in-game Power Up Store
Global MU Online – We will soon offer great in-game items!
Red Stone – Carrot Packages and in-game items
Sword of the New World – Gold Packages
War Rock – Dinar Packages and in-game items

Most pages of GamersFirst offer a “Refill” link – click it and you will go to your Vault, where you can buy G1 Credits. You can reach that same section by clicking the My Account tab, selecting the Overview section and clicking the “Buy Credits Now” link. All G1 Credit packages must be purchased with US Dollars.

Once in your Vault (see above for how to get there), select the G1 Credits package you want and click “I want this!” - then just follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

The Marketplace is a convenient section in your account, and within that section you can make a variety of purchases:

Knight Online – Currently, you must visit the in-game Power Up Store to make your purchases.
Global MU Online – Premium Subscriptions
Red Stone – Carrot Packages and Game Items
Sword of the New World – Gold Packages. Also still available: the CD Networks Premium Download!
War Rock – Premium Subscriptions and Dinar Packages

Once in the Marketplace, select a title and then select a game account. You will then see a list of premiums and items that you can purchase.

Check to make sure you have enough G1 Credits or USD to complete the transaction. If you have enough, but are still unable to complete your purchase, please contact support.

You are billed at the time of purchase.

Of course! Just select the "recurring billing" option when you purchase your premium subscription.

If you choose to automatically renew, you will automatically be billed for your next month of premium when your current month expires.

The first thing to try with any PayPal error is to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history. You'll need to refer to your browser's documentation if you don't know how to do this.

One possible reason for an error is that PayPal is unable to communicate with your bank. There are other reasons that we are not familiar with. If you are still getting the error, you will need to contact PayPal's customer service to find out the reason for the error. Alternatively, if you have another method of payment available to you, you might use that instead.

Please submit a payments support request regarding this issue and include as much of the following information as possible:

  • The transaction date.
  • The transaction amount.
  • The name of the Premium or Item you purchased.
  • Your transaction/order/Shopping Cart/customer reference ID.
  • The name of the account you made this purchase for.

Our support department will be glad to assist you.

As of September 4th, Knight Cash can no longer be purchased with G1 Credits. After September 4th 2009, Knight Cash will only be available in the Power Up Store through standard payment methods such as Click&Buy and ESN.

If you have G1 Credits that you would like to convert into Knight Cash, it must be done before September 4th. Don’t worry. After the 4th you will still be able to use G1 Credits for any other items in the GamersFirst Marketplace.

If you've purchased G1 Credits prior to this date, and wish to convert them to Knight Cash, we will be able to honor this request if you submit a customer support ticket on the matter.

Free2Play is a term that can be used to describe 1) Gamers; 2) The World of Gaming; and 3) Games.

Gamers
Free2Play means a lot more than just free games. We want G1 gamers to know that Free2Play is really about them. Gamers should be free to play what they want how they want – thus, we think that it is not just games, but more importantly gamers who are truly Free2Play. That means that gamers should be able to experience a game before they invest any money in it; so, G1 digitally distributes games for free! Also, gamers are individuals and should be treated as such; thus, G1 offers a range of options: players choose between completely free, discreet item/service purchases, or paid monthly Premium subscriptions.

The World of Gaming
At GamersFirst, we want to make the world of gaming Free2Play. We have a vision and in this vision gamers never spend money on a game only to try it and be disappointed. Gamers deserve better than that. After all, gamers are the ones funding this great gaming industry. We think that making the world of gaming Free2Play is an important part of putting gamers first all over the world.

Games
Most people are used to the word “Free2Play” being associated only with games. We understand that, and we don’t mean to confuse anyone by using the term in an original way. It takes some getting used to. Still, we truly believe in what we say about gamers and the world of gaming, and we hope you agree with us.

Of course, we also use “Free2Play” to modify games. Free2Play games are games that are free to download, free to try, and within which gamers are free to choose between the options and services that they want (either for free, or for money – totally up to them!). Most importantly, all G1 games are Free2Play!

We can create your account with one security question and answer. It’s all you need to create your account, and it is all we need to help you with your account (we will use your question and answer to verify your identity). Some people do prefer to maximize their security level with additional questions and answers, however, and so we offer that ability.

For Premium Accounts, G1 supports Major Service Issues, Marketplace Issues, and General Issues across all of our titles.

Issue Types

  • Major Service

A major service issue is one that affects a large group of players and G1 deems to be “game-breaking.” In the event such an issue arises, we will notify the player base of the issue via the game’s website. At that time, we would also request that affected players submit tickets to be resolved by customer support.
  • Marketplace Issues

A Marketplace issue is one that involves an issue with making a purchase, services and items being purchased but not received, or concerns with a previous purchase.
  • General Issues

A general issue is one that does not fall under any of the above categories, including issues with accounts, and name changes.
